Refund policy

if for any reason you aren't happy with your order, or something arrives damaged or wrong, please contact us via email (hello@twohigpress.com) within 7 days of receiving your product so that we can swap out your item or provide store credit.

If you are returning items, we must receive your items within 14 days or your exchange will be ineligible. We do not provide cash refunds - only store credit.

Please note - all custom work is final sale - no exceptions. From time to time, additional items will be final sale and they will be listed as FINAL SALE at time of purchase. All items listed as final sale will be ineligible for store credit.
